Each year, Hawaii Business Magazine honors 20 people who they believe will have an important and positive impact on Hawaii over the next two decades. This year, Julie Yamamoto, General Operations Manager for Hui Car Share, was named to their 20 for the Next 20 Cohort for her dedication and leadership of Servco’s car share program.
Julie helped to launch Hui Car Share in the summer of 2018 and led the growth of the program to the largest car-share service in Hawaii with 100 vehicles and 40 locations across Oahu.
“Julie helped Hui into what it is today,” says Mark Fukunaga, chairman and CEO of Servco Pacific. “(Her) leadership, initiative, operational expertise and tireless dedication brought (it) to life.”
