Team Servco App
The Team Servco App is your go-to resource for any company news or information. The app is available on both desktop and mobile for both iOS and Android users. Search “Team Servco” in the app store to download!
Workday App
On the Workday App, you’ll find Human Resources related items including your timesheet, pay information, benefits, personal information, and the Servco Directory. Download the mobile app for when you’re on the go.
eKudos
eKudos is Servco’s internal employee recognition program. If you’d like to say thank you or recognize a team member, send a personalized eKudos to show your appreciation.
Servco University
Visit Servco University’s Learning Center for any training resources and materials.
The Shop
The Shop is home to Servco branded apparel including men’s and women’s uniforms, promotional items, and more. Check with your manager if you’re required to wear a Servco uniform in your role. Visit The Shop here.
Hui
Hui is Servco’s round-trip, station-based car share program, where you can reserve vehicles by the minute or day from over 50 stations across the island all from your mobile app. Learn more here.

Servco Employee Discount Guide
All active, U.S. based team members are eligible to purchase products at a discount using their Servco Pacific ID card. The discount guide includes General Team Member and Special Team Member Discounts on the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle (Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Chevy) and other discounts for parts and service, auto body paint, nonprofit organizations, and more.n]
401k with Employer Match
We want to encourage you to save more for your retirement by matching your contribution and putting the dollars to work earlier for you. As part of the company’s generous benefits package, Servco will match 50% of your 401k pre-tax or Roth contributions up to 6% of your pay that you contribute to the plan. Eligibility for the company match begins immediately and match contributions will be added to your account each pay period.
Team Serve Nonprofit Organization Donation
To recognize the service and leadership of Team Serve, each member is allotted a $500 donation towards a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of their choice upon fulfillment of their requirements. To receive this donation, Team Serve members must remain actively involved for one year and participate in a select number of community service events.
Education
Employee Education Assistance Program (EEAP)
Team members pursuing higher education, related to their professional field, at any accredited school are eligible for up to $7,500 per calendar year in financial support from Servco to be used toward tuition, books, registration, and other fees. The team member must be a regular full-time employee with a minimum of three months of continuous service. Click here for more information.
Servco Foundation
Providing over $300,000 in grants annually to various 501(c)3 organizations in Hawaii, the Servco Foundation scholarship program offers scholarships to the spouses and children of Servco team members to encourage their pursuit of higher education in any field, in an accredited program, at any accredited school. Annually, one-year renewable scholarships of $5,000 are awarded. Over 200 scholarships have been granted over the history of the program.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP is a confidential counseling and wellness program provided to Servco team members and their families at no cost. Services include counseling services (up to six per calendar year), coaching for wellbeing, caregiver consultation services, legal and financial consultation, web coaching, work/life assistance, and referrals to long term or specialized services. This program isn’t just to help people and families get from bad to better, but also to fine tune things from good to great.
Servco Wellness Center
Located at the Servco Administrative Offices in Mapunapuna, the Servco Wellness Center is open to all team members to use and includes a weight room, stationary machines, and an indoor basketball court. During the week, various fitness classes like aerobics, cardio, and yoga are offered from 5:00 – 6:15 p.m., led by YMCA instructors. On Wednesdays, team members from all locations come together to play basketball.

TEAM SERVE
We believe in the importance of being a good neighbor and proudly partner with nonprofit organizations in our local communities where we live and work. Team Serve is an employee-led group of volunteers that identifies and leads community service activities on behalf of Servco. This year we are focusing on volunteer opportunities that make a positive impact in: Youth Services, Earth, Wellness, and Social Mobility.
