This Servco Customer Research Giveaway in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc.
By participating in this Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Servco Pacific Inc. and its Subsidiaries, located at 2850 Pukoloa Street, Suite 200, Honolulu, HI 96819 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside of the State of Hawaii and where prohibited. Employees of Servco Pacific Inc., its affiliates, dealerships, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete the voluntary customer survey sent via email invitation. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. The survey must be completed in full and submitted between April 16, 2025 at 12:00 AM HST and May 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM HST (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. Prizes
Eligible participants will be entered for a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:
- Grand Prize (3 winners): $500 Amazon gift card
- Second Prize (10 winners): $250 Amazon gift card
- Third Prize (25 winners): $50 Amazon gift card
Prize Terms:
- Gift cards will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the winners.
- Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon.com.
- Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- No substitutions or exchanges will be allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misdirected digital gift cards.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about June 2, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification and Prize Claim
Winners will be notified via email by June 6, 2025. If a winner does not respond within three (3) business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may waive their right to receive the prize. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by Winner. Prize is subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or delayed entries; or for or technical failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants resulting from participating in this giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this giveaway.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Amazon.com, Inc., nor is Amazon.com, Inc. associated in any way. Any comments, questions or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed to Sponsor and not Amazon.com, Inc.
