With the recent Stay-at-Home order on Oahu, we have made changes to our operations in support of re-flattening the curve.
Beginning August 27th, all Servco automotive showrooms on Oahu will be closed for the two-week duration of the order. If you’re still interested in purchasing a vehicle, we have launched a new online platform that allows you to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle without having to step foot in a dealership. We look forward to providing you the same level of aloha and customer service online.
Our automotive showrooms on Kauai and Maui remain open by appointment only to help ensure proper social distancing at our facilities.
All Parts & Service departments statewide remain open to ensure your vehicle remains operational, and we continue to implement strict preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Hawaii State Department of Health.
We are requiring all Servco team members, guests/vendors, and customers to wear a face mask at all times while on Servco property. Daily Health Screenings are mandatory for all team members and all guests prior to entering any of our facilities. The screening includes a temperature check and a digital questionnaire related to COVID-19 symptoms and tracing.
Our sales & service professionals will continue using the proper hygiene and sanitization procedures at our disposal to handle your new or existing vehicle. If you or someone in your household have traveled interisland or outside of Hawaii within the last 14 days or you’re not feeling well, we require that you postpone your visit. We’d be happy to reschedule your appointment.
