As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our communities, with an increasing upward trend in positive cases, the health and well-being of you and your family, our team members, and our community remains our top priority.

Having a reliable source of transportation is important during these times and we will do everything we can to ensure you have access to your own personal mobility. You may read about all that we’re doing and all that we’re asking our guests to do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by visiting servcocares.com.

Effective September 24, all Servco automotive showrooms are open by appointment only. Appointments for Oahu showrooms are limited to a maximum of four guests total. Please visit our websites or call our showrooms to schedule an appointment.

If you would prefer to shop online, we have launched a new online platform that allows you to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle without having to step foot in a dealership. We look forward to providing you the same level of aloha and customer service online.

All Parts & Service departments statewide remain open to ensure your vehicle remains operational, and we continue to implement strict preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Hawaii State Department of Health.

We are requiring all Servco team members, guests/vendors, and customers to wear a face mask at all times while on Servco property. Daily Health Screenings are mandatory for all team members and all guests prior to entering any of our facilities. The screening includes a temperature check and a digital questionnaire related to COVID-19 symptoms and tracing.

Our sales & service professionals will continue using the proper hygiene and sanitization procedures at our disposal to handle your new or existing vehicle. If you or someone in your household have traveled interisland or outside of Hawaii within the last 14 days or you’re not feeling well, we require that you postpone your visit. We’d be happy to reschedule your appointment.

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and evaluate additional measures as needed to protect you and our team members.
