We are pleased to announce the following leadership changes for our Hawaii Automotive Distribution and Retail operations. These changes will be effective June 1, 2023.
Lance Ichimura will be promoted from Senior Vice President of Auto Distribution and Logistics to Senior Vice President of Hawaii Distribution. In this role, Lance will continue to oversee the Vehicle Processing Center, Subaru Hawaii, and the Product Planning and Inventory team. He will also add Servco Parts Center and Servco Quality Division, encompassing all Hawaii Distribution teams. Lance has been with Servco for over 32 years
Charles Lee will be promoted from General Vice President of Toyota Retail Operations to Senior Vice President of Hawaii Retail. In this role, Charles will oversee all Hawaii retail operations across Oahu, Maui, and Kauai, with the purpose of creating and executing a unified strategy across all Servco retail locations. In addition to the Hawaii retail operation, Charles will be responsible for Servco’s Customer Care Center and Auto Service Contracts team and the Auto Retail Support team. Charles has been with Servco for over 13 years.
