Team Serve brings Servco team members together to give back through hands-on volunteer opportunities with local nonprofit partners. Led by employees from across the company, Team Serve helps strengthen community relationships and support the places we call home. With more than 1,000 team members, our collective effort can create real impact.

Annual Workplace Giving Campaign
Every year, Servco organizes a workplace giving campaign that enables team members to donate in support of Aloha United Way and its local partners. Aloha United Way has served Hawaiʻi for over a century with the mission to advance the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community by connecting people, organizations, and resources.
Our annual campaign is driven by the creativity and spirit of our people including e-pledges, raffles, and unique fundraising events, all led by our own team members across Hawaiʻi.
In 2025, Servco team members contributed $154,862 with 82% of Hawaiʻi-based team members donating, our highest participation rate to date.
Charitable Giving Requests
Servco welcomes requests from nonprofit organizations whose programs help expand educational opportunities for students across Hawaiʻi. We support initiatives that help students access learning opportunities, achieve academic success, and grow through the expression of music and the arts.
Requests for donations should clearly describe how the proposed program or initiative supports our education priorities and the impact it will have on students and communities.
Servco prioritizes direct programmatic support, with a focus on initiatives that deliver meaningful educational outcomes for Hawaiʻi’s youth. While recognition or visibility may accompany a contribution, funding decisions are guided primarily by mission alignment and community impact.
