The Skills Contest provides a prestigious platform for our best technicians to showcase their diagnostic and technical skills in repairing vehicles. Technicians participate in three different assessments that align with Toyota’s Fix It Right process to ensure a “delighted” customer/guest when they arrive at our Service locations.
Both Joey and Sheldon were awarded a trip to Toyota and Lexus respectively to celebrate their achievement and see the Honor Board of all previous winners from around the world.
