Established in 1958, Servco Automotive Distribution is responsible for importing and distributing new Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicles and genuine parts to our existing dealer network throughout Hawaiʻi. We also import and distribute Toyota Industrial Equipment. Our distribution division coordinates product planning, vehicle inventory and control, vehicle port operations and storage, parts distribution, and after-sale customer service.

Production
World-class brands like Toyota and Subaru engineer & design vehicles, develop a parts supply chain, and assemble the final product. For Servco, assembly of vehicles can happen in Japan or North America.
Step Two
Distribution
Distributors do more than just get vehicles from docks to dealerships. They also order and market the brands they represent to meet their customer’s needs. In Hawaiʻi, Servco distributes Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru.
Step Three
Retail
Dealerships are the auto industry’s main customer touchpoint, focusing on sales, service, maintenance, repair and the needs of their local customers. Servco’s Hawaiʻi and Australia dealer network includes over 30 locations.

CARRIER SERVICES
Carrier Services provides transportation services for our retail brands (Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, and Chevrolet) from the piers to storage facilities and then to our dealerships on Oahu after they are prepped at our Vehicle Processing Centers. We utilize carriers to ensure our customers’ vehicles have the lowest possible mileage when they drive off our dealer’s lot. Carrier Services also transports our vehicles to and from various company-sponsored events including the First Hawaiian Auto Show, and Sony Open.
VEHICLE PROCESSING CENTER
Our Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) is responsible for ensuring the accurate inspection and preparation of vehicles when they arrive at the port to safely delivering them to Servco and independent dealerships. Other VPC services include body work and painting, accessory installment, and quality assurance. VPC works closely with Carrier Services to transport and store new and repurchased Servco vehicles.
SERVCO PARTS CENTER
Our Servco Parts Center located at Sand Island on Oahu provides the widest selection of genuine factory parts as well as after-market parts from top brands.
Servco Quality Division’s (SQD) mission is to provide Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, and Toyota Forklift dealers with technical assistance, regulatory compliance, technical training, warranty administration, customer care activities, dealer service management training, and service merchandising assistance.
