Aloha,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our communities, the health and well-being of you and your family, our team members, and our community remains our priority. As we navigate through these uncertain times, we will continue to keep you updated as new information arises. We are grateful that we currently do not have any cases of COVID-19 among our Servco team members and it’s important that we all do our part to continue flattening the curve.

We realize that having a reliable source of transportation is important during a time like this and will do what we can to remain open where possible to ensure you have access to your own personal mobility during these times. If you’d like to know all the steps we’ve taken to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 you may do so here.

All of our automotive showrooms are now open for walk-ins or appointments. Our Oahu dealerships will be open again on Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., beginning Sunday, 6/14.

All Parts & Service departments remain open to ensure your vehicle remains operational, and we continue to implement strict preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Hawaii State Department of Health.

We have required all Servco team members and our customers to wear a face mask while on Servco property. Our service professionals will continue using the proper hygiene and sanitation procedures at our disposal to handle your vehicle. If you or someone in your household have traveled outside of Hawaii within the last 14 days or you’re not feeling well, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit. We’d be happy to reschedule your appointment.

We will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and evaluate additional measures as needed to protect you and our team members.

Mahalo for your support,

Rick Ching
President & COO
