Team Servco joined the Hawaii Foodbank, City & County of Honolulu, and other organizations to help run the first of many drive-thru food distributions at Waipio Soccer Complex to support those who have recently found themselves unemployed and in need of food assistance.
8,000 bags of fresh produce, meat, eggs, milk, and other groceries were prepped by hundreds of volunteers from various organizations. As vehicles drove thru the distribution, bags of food were loaded into trunks to limit physical contact, with each household receiving about 50 lbs of food.
