Servco Pacific Inc. Welcomes Co-Founder of Black Squirrel Partners, Paul Donahue, to Board of Directors

HONOLULU – Servco Pacific Inc. (Servco) today announced that Paul Donahue has been appointed to its Board of Directors.

“Paul’s extensive experience in finance and investing, coupled with his passion for music and technology, align well with Servco’s goals and vision for the future, adding valuable insight and perspective to our Board,” said Mark Fukunaga, chairman & CEO of Servco.

Donahue has over 34 years of experience in finance and investing. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1988 and held various roles in Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets, in industries including energy, power and utilities, transportation and logistics, real estate, and industrials. He then became the managing director and Head of Americas Equity Capital Market in 2006, responsible for strategy, recruiting, risk management, business development and execution.

In 2020, Donahue left Morgan Stanley to be a founding partner at Black Squirrel Partners, a growth equity and content acquisition platform affiliated with major rock band, Metallica, focused on the consumer/retail, technology, and music industry verticals.

In addition, Donahue remains a Senior Advisor to Morgan Stanley and serves as a National Board Member of the TJ Martell Foundation and a Board Member of PBF Energy and the All Within My Hands Foundation.
