Last month, all our Servco automotive dealerships were presented with Driving Excellence Awards from Krex Inc. The award recognized dealerships that excelled in four key success metrics related to DriveSure: Registration Fulfillment, Customer Renewals, Email Collection Rate, and Responsiveness to Expiration Notifications. Servco Auto was one of 36 dealer groups (out of 500 total) who received this award. Two other local dealerships were also recipients of the award (Windward Dodge and Cutter Mazda, Chrysler, Buick, and GM).
The Krex DriveSure program provides customers with value-added services that keep their vehicle operating at peak performance including Premium Roadside Assistance, Road Hazard Tire Protection, Emergency Rental Car Coverage, and a 10 Year/200,000-mile Limited Engine Lubrication Warranty.
Chris Carlucci, OEM and Dealership Group Advocate for Krex, visited all our Oahu locations to present the awards and even brought 600 Vienna beef hotdogs with him from their Chicago-based headquarters for the celebration!
