Servco is proud to receive the 2021 Customer Delight Excellence Award (CDEA) Silver Trophy for the second consecutive year. The award was created by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and recognizes Toyota Global Distributors who demonstrate the ability “to satisfy and delight each and every one of our customers and put smiles on their faces,” leading to higher customer retention and increased employee satisfaction.
To achieve this goal, Servco launched the Toyota Hawai‘i Service Operations Maika‘i Program in 2021 which promotes the company’s never-ending pursuit to improve customer experience and service operations. Alongside the Maika‘i Program, Servco has continued to implement the Kodawari 2.0 Program in the Hawai‘i market by working with dealerships to achieve standardization and consistency.
This year, TMC hosted its annual CDEA ceremony virtually and presented the Silver Trophy to Peter Hirano, Executive Vice President. Achieving TMC’s CDEA Silver Award is an honor for Servco and would not have been accomplished without the strong dedication and efforts of the Toyota and Lexus customer service team members. Servco thanks Servco Auto Customer Service, Servco Parts Center, and all Toyota and Lexus Hawai‘i Dealers for their tireless efforts and drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
