Servco has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Hawaii for the 21st consecutive year by Hawaii Business Magazine. Servco is the only large business to have consecutively won this award since its inception in 2004.
The companies and nonprofits on Hawai‘i’s Best Places to Work 2025 list strive to create better experiences for everyone, according to surveys of employees and company representatives by the Texas-based Workforce Research Group, Hawaii Business Magazine’s partner on the project.
Employees at these companies say they’re highly satisfied with their jobs, managers, co-workers and company culture, according to survey responses.

Leading companies stand out by investing in employee growth through training and development, fostering strong, people-centered leadership, and prioritizing work-life balance and well-being. They also ensure employees understand and can fully utilize meaningful benefits, while creating a culture rooted in trust, respect, and purpose. In Hawai‘i especially, this is often grounded in a sense of community and aloha, where relationships matter and employees feel their contributions truly make an impact.
“What makes Servco truly exceptional is our people” said Peter Dames, president & CEO. “Their integrity, and steadfast commitment drive our growth and create an extraordinary workplace. We’re proud to build a place where our Core Values continue to be at the forefront of everything we do.”
